®KERAVERIN Composite material fabricated from glass-fibber reinforced unsaturated polyester or vinyl ester resin and lined with polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), postchlorinated polyvinyl chloride (C-PVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene (E-CTFE), completely fluorinated FEP, PTFE or PFA. This composite material combines the total chemical resistance of the liner with the high strength of the FRP.
Maximum application temperature, depending on liner: 70 °C to 130 °C.
Antistatic and flame-retardant finishes are possible on a large number of ®KERAVERIN grades

- Glass fibber-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl ester resin with polyethylene liner
- Resistant to salt solutions, numerous solvents and bases
- Maximum application temperature: 70 °C.
®KERAVERIN PP - Glass fibber-reinforced plastic with PP liner
- Glass fibber-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl ester resin with polypropylene liner
- Good resistance to salt solutions, acids, numerous solvents and bases
- Maximum application temperature: 95 °C.

- Glass fibber-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl ester resin with polyvinyl chloride liner
- High resistance to acids and bases

- Main field of use is in chlor-alkali electrolysis

®KERAVERIN HP - HP thermoplastic/FRP
- Glass fibber-reinforced vinyl ester resins with high-purity liner
- Composite material for storage and transport of ultra-high-purity media
- Good resistance to acid and alkaline media, as well as to various solvents
- High resistance to acids, alkalis, halogens and solvents.
®KERAVERIN BL- is a bonded liner applied to steel components with a special adhesive system. Suitable lining materials are the fluorinated plastics PVDF, E-CTFE, FEP, PFA and PTFE.
