KCH GROUP GmbH was the first manufacturer of epoxy mortars.
Synthetic resin base mortars (epoxy, polyesteric, vinyl esteric, furan resin) are resistant to extreme chemical stress (acids, lyes, alkalis, solvents and oxidizing agents).
The mortars are recommended as bedding and jointing compound which assure anticorrosion protection.
Our joining mortars are high technology products for specific applications.
Our materials have very good chemical properties, resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses, they can be used in high temperatures areas.
The mortars offer great resistance for support pumps, process equipments, compressors and a wide variety of equipments.

Jointing compound for hollow-jointed ceramic tiles and ceramic mosaic tile. Its primarily applied in the ceramic lining of pools, catering kitchens, breweries and plants of the foodstuff industry as well as drinking water facilities.

KERANOL® EP 210

EP

Triple-component bedding mortar containing mineral fillers.

Bedding compound for thin-bedded ceramic tiling, particularly for application in swimming pools and similar representative establishments.

KERANOL® EP 310

EP

Triple-component bedding and jointing mortar containing mineral fillers.

Bedding and jointing compound for tiling and brick linings that are subjected to aggressive and, in particular alkaline, media as well as salt solutions.

KERANOL® FU 115

FU

Triple-component jointing mortar, which is free of furfural.

For ceramic surfaces in plants operated by the chemical industry, in
neutralisation plants, in traffic or reloading areas or in process and waste water treatment facilities.

KERANOL® FU 125

FU

Triple-component jointing mortar, which is free of furfural.

Two-component synthetic resin mortar with mineral fillers.

KERANOL® FU 315

Two-component mortar based on furan resin, which contains mineral fillers and is free of furfural.

Recommended as a bedding and jointing mortar for ceramic tiling that are subjected to severe chemical loads, such as acids, alkaline solutions and/or organic solvents.

Two-component laying and jointing mortar. Is free from silicate fillers and is  electrically dissipating.

Two-component, halogen-free bedding and jointing mortar

Exhibits very good resistance to concentrated acids, e.g. sulphuric acid, nitric acid or perchloric acid.


Special smoothing materials on synthetic resin basis (epoxy, vinyl ester) are used as levelling material for distributing the dynamic and static loads over the entire surface and transmitting to the machine base thus contributing to a long service life.
